Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and your order number.

If verified, we will offer a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

 

Sizing, Colors & Variations

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect size selections made by the customer

  • Minor variations in color or design placement

  • Differences in color due to screen or monitor settings

These are normal characteristics of custom and handmade items.
