At Lauren Stauffer, all items are made with care and many are created to order. For this reason, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic shirts and sweatshirts

  • Vinyl designs

  • Hats and accessories

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

Please review all product details, sizing charts, and design selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Errors or Defects

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear videos AND photo of the item and packaging


Sizing & Preference Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections

  • Color or style preferences

  • Minor variations in print placement or color due to screen differences

These do not qualify for replacements or refunds.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as production may begin immediately.
