Order Processing & Production Time

Most of our items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the product, customization, and order volume.

Estimated production times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

 

 

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the carrier selected at checkout.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Circumstances beyond our control

 

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

 

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lauren Stauffer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear video AND photos of the damaged item and packaging

If verified, we will offer a replacement.

 

 

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

International Shipping

At this time, we [do not] offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available on the item you wish to order, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
